In order to achieve all the above, we need to grounded, know, and love ourselves fully. To give to others we need to meet our needs first. Many times, we are prone to feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or anxious because we have a need we haven’t taken care of. If you haven’t taken care of your inner needs, you will be more prone to anxiety, irritability, and stress, and it’s hard to do anything effectively when you are not feeling okay.

In this session we will explore the importance of self-love, how to build your confident and appreciate who you are, flaws and all.

Week 2: Emotional honesty

Oh feelings. The untangling process. How do you become aware of your emotions and manage them healthily to ensure you maintain balance.

Week 3: Setting & maintaining boundaries

Your relationships are important, but boundaries are crucial for maintaining inner peace. We’ll work on how you develop and instil healthy boundaries for you and your relationships.

Week 4: Achieving Life balance

Happiness-Harmony-Satisfaction

Feeling exhausted, stressed, and frustrated? These are warning signs your life may have become off-centre. Learn how to declutter and be intentional about how you use your time.

Week 5: Developing mental strength

Life happens to everyone. How do you draw positives from every experience? We’ll work on building your mental muscles and equipping you with the tools you need to maintain mental health and inner peace no matter what life throws your way.

Week 6: Honouring your spiritual well-being

Fully embrace who you are and live your life with purpose.

Celebrating your successes empowers you and motivates you, we’ll explore the significance of consistency and celebration.
